7 WEST WARRANTY INFORMATION

Your “QUARTZ-WATCH” is a product made of high quality materials and manufactured by specialists. This watch is warranted to the original customer only for 10 full years from the date of purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty excludes wear to the case and strap or bracelet, damage to the crystal, and does not protect against moisture or water damage caused by magnetic fields or severe shocks or jolts.
Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing the product or replacing the power cell.
Please send prepaid $9.95 to cover handling, postage, and insurance with the watch to:

DO NOT RETURN DEFECTIVE WATCH TO THE RETAILER FROM WHOM THE WATCH WAS PURCHASED.

This warranty is rendered void should the watch be damaged by a non-qualified person or by using non-recommended batteries.
Your “QUARTZ-WATCH” is equipped with a Union carbide battery. Watches are equipped with 1 battery.
Manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential damage for failureor malfunction of the product, and any recovery may not be greater than the purchase price paid for this product.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
No person is authorized to change the terms of this warranty.
