The sleeve holes are larger than the chest- however, as you would be wearing a sweater with it- this is not noticable. I have worn in in the fall and on not too cold winter days with a turtleneck . It really is great if you are running in and out of stores or buildings a lot and makes a great light weight- and fashionable wrap. I have gotten a lot of compliments on it. Just order the next size up and you will be ok. I am a solid 6-8. The size chart states a small. This small is really more of a 2-4. I now have to pay return shipping to exchange the item. Maybe instead of or in addition to giving sizes Fabulous Furs should show measurements for their items. I would have been a VERY satisfied customer had I been able to order the appropriate size.
