this coat is very beautiful, i woul love to see in in a full lenth chinchilla, I would by this coat in a heart beat for my wife, can't buy the real one for her, if this impossible in the futher.

I will will never shop here again

I will never shop here again. I placed an order online and did not discover until I called back a few days later that the item was backordered. I was initially given a few days to get the item, but was then told that the item might be delivered to their warehouse within 3 weeks. This item was to be given as a gift to my mother and now her birthday is a disappointing memory. If I had known immediately that the coat was backordered, then I could have made other arrangements. This negligence has been a very embarassing and disappointing experience.
