I will will never shop here again

I will never shop here again. I placed an order online and did not discover until I called back a few days later that the item was backordered. I was initially given a few days to get the item, but was then told that the item might be delivered to their warehouse within 3 weeks. This item was to be given as a gift to my mother and now her birthday is a disappointing memory. If I had known immediately that the coat was backordered, then I could have made other arrangements. This negligence has been a very embarassing and disappointing experience.

This coat is amazing! It is so soft! I've ordered other coats from Fab Furs before and have been happy with them, but they really stepped it up a notch with the quality level of this coat. Also, although the coat is floor-length, it's still feather-light. And did I mention how soft it is? The lining is lovely. I just feel really great when I put it on. The soft creamy color is so flattering. I can't wait until it gets cold enough to wear it! I ordered this in August because I'm sure they'll be sold out early in the season. I took a chance - instead of buying my usual multiple basics (black pants, etc.), I put all my fall wardrobe dollars in this one statement piece. I am so glad I did!!!
