They ended up fixing the situation by sending my daughter a new coat. They were very nice and helpful and I am very impressed by there customer service. The second coat has yet to be worn but already it seems to be much better than the original. The hem on the bottom is straight and the buttons seem much more secure (I gave them a good tug to test them out). Thank you Fabulous Furs for making the situation right. We picked it out together and when it arrived I thought "Oh my, it's just as cute as the picture". On closer inspection I noticed that one side of the coat hangs an inch longer than the other...and not in a cool asymetrical way but a looks like it wasn't cut right kind of way....still no biggie it was hardly noticeable. However she has now worn it for about a month and it's falling apart. One of the seams on the lining has pulled apart, two of the buttons have fallen off and the fur is already looking grimey. I'm not impressed at all. Grandma paid full price and that was apparently FAR too much. |
