I needed something to wear with my wedding dress, so this was an important decision! I don't have any faux fur items, all my furs are real and I was looking for something that would "pass". The pull-through stole was nice, but it was a bit large and limited to just one way to wear it. Also, the construction of it was a solid piece of faux fur, instead of pelt section lines, like a real fur. This 83" long stole is versatile and will fit anyone. The look is very elegant and the faux fur is plush and fine. I also like the look of the pelt sections, making it look like a real fully let-out fur. Other than the wedding, I didn't think there would be too many occasions to wear this, which is why I wanted to use a faux fur instead of a real mink and save some money. But, I'll have to find some occasions now! The look is fine, and the quality of the fur and lining is very nice! The only giveaway to it's faux-ness is by touch - it definitely feels like acrylic fur instead of the silky softness of real mink.
