nice faux fur

The fur was nice but the coat was missing the closure for the third toggle. For the price and the "24 point inspection" I would have expected it to be perfect. Also ordered the hooded mink and in general the closures need some work. What's the point of a coat that won't close? I returned them both. I may reorder this one but still have concerns about the closures. Maybe my dry cleaner could figure something out?

NO ONE believes that this is not a dead animal. People talk to me about animall rightts and are then shocked when I tell them this is faux fur. It is incredibly warm and long enough for my tall frame. I look forward to buying other coats from this company! Rhonda
