Shipping & Returns Information
STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- In-stock orders will be shipped within 48 hours.
- Most orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days.
- Shipping is not available to PO Boxes.
- All web orders will be shipped via UPS Ground service.
FUR ON THE MOVE - SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are based on a sliding scale of order total:
- $0-1500 – 6% of order total (or $10, whichever is greater)
- $1501-3000 – 4% of order total
- $3001 and up – shipping costs will be quoted
We are happy to provide the convenience of a 'Blind Shipment.' Per your request, we will remove labels from throws or pillows (not apparel or accessories) and ship in blank packaging (no logo throw bags). In an effort to streamline production, all orders with labels removed will be considered 'custom' which will generally take about two (2) weeks to produce. A three (3) piece minimum per sku (same color and size) of throws or pillows is required. Removal of labels may not be available in the height of the season (October-January) depending on the production schedule, so early submission of orders is recommended. A $10 fee per order for label removal will apply. Please be sure to mark your orders with "Remove Labels." Any orders that are not marked will be sent with Fabulous-Furs labels attached. Please be cautioned that the return address label on the shipment will have the Fabulous-Furs return address — no exceptions. Items which have labels removed are not eligible for return.
Drop shipping is considered a special request which we offer only on occasion. Please note there is a $10 handling fee per address, per order. We will do our absolute best to remove the packing list and other paperwork from the shipment upon your request. Please use the checkbox on the checkout page to indicate an order is being drop shipped.

If there are any issues with your shipment, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
- Contact us within three (3) business days if there are any issues with the merchandise.
- An RA# will then be issued for all eligible Returns or Exchanges.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within thirty (30) days of shipment delivery.
- After thirty (30) days, no Returns or Exchanges are accepted, including defective goods.
All items must be returned in the original packaging and condition with tags and labels attached. The return shipment must have a Fabulous-Furs issued RA# labeled on the outside of the shipment. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted without an RA#. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please fill out the form on the back of your pack list and include it in the Return shipment. Custom or personalized items, cut yardage, items with labels removed and shipping and handling charges are non-returnable and non-refundable. We do not work on consignment. Third party Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted.
Return shipments that do not follow the above stated terms, will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
